At Wristband Resources, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all non-customized products in their original condition.

Initiate Your Return

Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Package Your Items

Securely pack the unused wristbands in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Ship the Package

Affix your prepaid shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the items back to our processing facility at the address provided in your confirmation email.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
