Production times vary by material. Silicone wristbands typically take 7-10 business days, while Tyvek and plastic options can be produced and shipped within 1-2 business days.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom designs?
We offer low minimums to accommodate all events. Most custom silicone bands require a minimum of 10 pieces, while stock Tyvek bands can be purchased in packs of 100.
Are your wristbands waterproof and durable for multi-day events?
Yes, our plastic and vinyl wristbands are 100% waterproof and designed for multi-day use. Our Tyvek bands are water-resistant and ideal for 1-2 day security.
Can I upload my own logo for the wristbands?
Absolutely. Our online design tool allows you to upload high-resolution logos (PNG, JPG, or AI) to be printed, debossed, or embossed directly onto your selected wristbands.
What is your return policy for customized items?
Because custom products are manufactured to your specific requirements, they cannot be returned. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement.
